Guests sitting around long tables will sample not only Bollinger champagnes and Gaja wines, but also wines from upcoming wineries in China. The master class, where eight Master of Wines will introduce their wine specialties simultaneously, is promising to be an extraordinary event. Less formal wine tasting will be available in the VinCe Borbár (Wine bar), where different wines will be presented each hour. In the Tasting Zone – inaccessible for the general public – organizers of wine competitions can exchange their views.

Friday will be reserved for professional discussions where tasting will start only at 3 PM; in contrast over the following two days, representatives of wineries and wine distributors may be seated at long tables as early as 11 AM. As far as workshops are concerned, Saturday will be more relaxed; only one Secret Champagne workshop will be held, where various kinds of waters will also be tasted.
