Endre Szaszi worked in the Badacsonyi Winery. Later, following the years spent as wine dealer, he settled down on Saint George-mountain in 1999, and established a wine cellar. From the beginning, wines are made here in eco-farming and without using chemicals. Since the first bottling, his wife draws the labels printed at home. Their wines ferment in metal tanks, and then maturing in old wattle and oak barrels during the winter, before bottling. They harvested grapes with ‘bio’ grade in 2003 for the first time. The total area of their plantations is roughly 20 hectare. |
