The “Meszes olaszrizling 2013″ of Szent Donát Cellar was included in the wine list of Hof van Cleve, a Belgian restaurant with 3 Michelin stars. This year this restaurant won the prestigious title of the best restaurant in the world.
The cellar informed us that their “Meszes olaszrizling 2013″ was not only shown on the wine list, but also received a permanent place on the new menu. Raw material of this wine was provided from an organic, low-intensity vineyard located adjacent to the cellar. This wine was naturally fermented with low sulfur treatment. Sommelier Mathieu Vanneste recommends sea perch with this wine.
The innovative, top-quality Hof van Cleve obtained its first Michelin star in 1994; its three-star rating has been retained since 2005.
