Rosalia 2015 – the festival to welcome the arrival of summer
Wide range of hungarian wines, especially varieties of rose, sparkling wines and champagnes will be offered to wine lovers on 8-10 May in Gesztenyés garden.
Wide range of street foods will be offered to go with wines presented by more than 50 winemakers. Specialties on the go will be available from the bistro, such as saltwater fish, seafood, oyster variations, ham and cheese, flat bread baked in wood-fired oven, sausage bits wrapped in bread, domestic cold cuts on flat bread, fish and chips, bits and pieces from Italy, chimney cake, bonbons, fine chocolates, macaroons and fine coffee – all of them are matching to the mood of Rosalia. Concerts will be held every evening on the Jazzy stage, where late night music will entertain the drinkers.
Rose and Champagne Muster
The almost entire range of Hungarian rose will be presented at this Muster on 9 May, Saturday, along with Siller wines, sparkling wines and champagnes. Winemakers will serve their ice-cold wines personally, which will be freely available for tasting during the entire event.
Visitors arriving at 14.30 will receive professional advice from Zoltán Zilai, international wine judge, how to taste wines properly. In addition, he will provide details of the results of Hungarian wines participated in Mondial du Rosé, held in April. Creative foods and tasty bites will also be available on the site. The first 100 visitors will receive a gift.
